At Conmedia, we have had a nationwide cooperation with Nykredit Mægler for a number of years, which consists of more than 300 real estate agencies in Nyhjem og Estate. We are the largest supplier to the chain and are responsible for preparing the bulk of the marketing that is communicated out both locally and nationally. In 2021, we produced more than 70,000 content assignments with video/image and text for Nykredit Broker, and we also manage the practicalities on all social channels so that brokers can spend their time selling homes.
In cooperation with Nykredit Mägler, we ensure that the huge amounts of content that comes out on social media are all in line with the main office's guidelines. Our main task in the cooperation is to reconcile the needs of local businesses with the wishes of the head office.
